ByMeHub LLC operates under a Lifetime Commercial Membership with STLFLIX. We are authorized to use STLFLIX's ".STL" files to create physical 3D printed objects for sale. However, we do not sell or distribute the ".STL" files themselves.

ByMeHub LLC sells 3D printed objects created from STLFLIX's designs. Our products are available for purchase through our Site and at various events and festivals. We ensure that all products meet high-quality standards as set by STLFLIX.

All ".STL" files provided by STLFLIX are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. ByMeHub LLC respects these rights and strictly adheres to STLFLIX's terms of use. We do not share, sell, or distribute the ".STL" files.

ByMeHub LLC may use STLFLIX's trademarks and branding in accordance with the terms of our commercial agreement. Any use of STLFLIX's trademarks will be accompanied by appropriate acknowledgments.

All purchases made through our Site or at events are subject to our billing and payment policies. We accept various payment methods and ensure secure transactions. ByMeHub LLC does not offer refunds for products once sold, except as required by law.

Due to the nature of 3D printed items, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. To process a refund, the following steps must be completed:

1. Submit Photos: You must provide clear photos of both the original packaging and the damaged product.
2. Contact Us Within 7 Days: You must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Failure to comply with these conditions within the specified timeframe will result in no refund being issued.

ByMeHub LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold ByMeHub LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or Site, or your violation of these Terms.

ByMeHub LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, available on our Site, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
